Difference between Bronchitis and Pneumonia?

While bronchitis and pneumonia share many similarities. There are also many differences between them. One of the main differences is the type of cough. With bronchitis you normally have a dry cough, but with pneumonia the cough often brings up mucus. Another difference whether or not you have a fever.
